I guess some people really really want the metal card. I wonder how many people would be all over the JPM Debit Card so they could have that extra, "prestige."

Heads up. It wasn't easy getting my account converted back to metal. I was told on JPMR they don't want people to have both sets of cards, and while it worked for me with the same number and CID, they said I might not be able to have both issued in the future.
I'm hoping that was just a stubborn rep you spoke to. It would be in Chase/JPM's best interest to have two sets of cards since it could easily cut down on people skimming the card (if the plastic is used in sketchier places).
