Qatar. I've flown both and Qatar wins hands down. Both flights were on a 2-2-2 J cabin, and even though the "width" is about the same, the service, food, everything is just exceptional on Qatar. The IFE is better on TK to be honest, but these days who watches IFE? (I always bring my own tv shows on my own tablet).
