Hi - I read through most of the forum on this and did not see a answer that specifically answers my concern.

I was arrested for DUI 8/30/06, but the case was not cleared until 11/1/2007, when I pleaded no contest. It seems from reading the threads it has to be 10 years from a DUI to be eligible. Would it be from the event or from the adjudication or the date of the event? I only saw a DUI receiving GE after about 15 years on one of the Threads. I have been in no other trouble either before or after that date.
