Since I use NL a lot on longer rentals, and haven't yet received a comment card, I think I'll ask for one next time. I really do have a lot of good and not-so-good feedback.

NL seems to have a lot of trouble with construction detours (like new freeway construction) and new freeway openings. I've been flying into space more than once recently with the annoying little voice telling me to "return to the hightlighted route"

Anyway, thanks for the heads-up. Never hurts to ask...

BTW, I've been getting NL free about 10% of the time in the Taurus' I rent, mainly short-term (weekends or one day, where I don't request it).
