At LGW there will be no problem so long as you go to the BA lounge desk rather than No. 1. You need a BA codeshare on a 125 ticket, not IB, and BA Gold, Emerald isn't sufficient. At Roissy there are only CX and AA lounges so no lounge access. You can use a third party lounge if you pay for it via Vueling's MMB.
