Does anyone know how you can book a DONE ex-CAI in Dollars. Unfortunately I am not flying any AA segments at any point so don't think I can use the RTW desk. Anyone had any luck with other airlines out of CAI? Will be flying QR, LATAM, QF, UL, JL, BA.

Is AA the only airline that can sell a ticket in dollars ex-CAI?

Please note that there is no need to book out of CAI. You can use any airline that is willing to book RTW tickets in any city. QF, and BA probably have most experience and are easier for English speakers.
Not sure why you want to book in dollars. Most credit cards will simply convert foreign charges to dollars. Many cards have no foreign transaction fees and usually offer competitive rates. What is it about your situation that is problematic?
