So it not just me that thought 51st and Green was not great at all. Lots of fanfare, lots of pomp and then it just fell flat for me. If I had paid in I would have been really disappointed. Its ok to take drinks out of the fridge and grab a glass but you have to go to the bar to get ice. Really? Could someone not have put an ice bucket beside the drinks like IN EVERY OTHER LOUNGE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

My outbound to MCO was pretty much as you described it. However my inbound was a disgrace. I have written a stinker of an email to EI about the service. The ONLY redeeming feature was the aircraft, an 8 day old EI-FNG!
