SIN-FRA-JFK is notoriously difficult to redeem tickets, especially for Suites since it is a flagship route for SQ.

NGO/KIX/FUK/NRT (SQ637) to SIN are usually flown with the A333 which is fitted with Regional Business Class. There is no First Class. I don't think it's a good use of your miles to fly Regional Biz Class.

Your options for SQ First Class/Long Haul Business class from Japan would be HND-SIN (not the evening departure), or SQ11 (LAX-NRT-SIN). SQ11 has the new business class (circa 2013), so that may be an option for you, though it'll not longer be "new" by then.

Then again, you're looking at a few years down the road, so things may drastically change by then...
