So for those who have written in about not being served a meal in F, how long has it taken for UA to get back to you? I'm pushing a week here...does it take longer than other responses when there's possible compensation due and they are looking into things a little deeper?

My last two customer service contacts with UA via the website have been commendations of staff who went above and beyond, and the responses were back by about a week...just curious what others' experiences are.
