It's not a technical stop. As I alluded to in my previous post, this flight now appears primarily intended to carry CPT-PLZ and PLZ-DUR traffic, with CPT-DUR traffic discouraged from using it by revenue management techniques.

IME, it's the same two options on both sectors. The food is loaded at CPT; there is no catering on- or off-loading at PLZ. That's why you can try one on CPT-PLZ and the other on PLZ-DUR.
