big mess up with my new checking account. applied, approved, opened. funded (pull from new citi checking). money out of my CU account.

couldn't log in one day later. called, and was told checking was closed. and then the log in won't work anymore, had to ask them to unlink credit card from the dead ID and create new one.

and they said they don't know where the $15k is. my citi checking has $0 balance. and my CU account had $15k out for CITIBANK xfer...

done with citi. will never bother with their banking any more.
