Thanks for the specific advice. I do think this is a new widespread problem. I was able to find the ticket numbers from pdfs I had when they were ticketed but I had always been able to reprint from the website if needed with the print itinerary and receipt which seems to be gone from the website



I'm a little concerned that you indicate they may fix it but might not. So I guess best advice for now is to be sure to keep track of the email confirmation which has the ticket number. The whole screen print of the ' print trip ' looks different than the old receipt page. The new one is more spread out and not optimized for print at all. Thanks though for calling tech support..how will we know if it gets fixed?
