Have you attempted to print a receipt from the AA Refunds page? https://prefunds.aa.com/refunds/

I chose one of my future itns;, at the refund site, I entered the ticket#(which I got from my confirmation emailed e-ticket) and my last name; It showed price, ticket# and itn. BUT, I had to first know the ticket#. What happens if you only have the LOCATOR (but lost your email).

I also went to TRIPCASE, but they also require a confirmation email.
If I go to www.google.com, and search for "find my future flights", it has ALL my future itns, with record locators. I assume google gets its info from my email confirmations.
