In a thread I started which got absorbed into an existing thread, I have itns which were TICKETED (I have the emails with the ticket#), yet all I can do on AA.COM is print the trip (not the receipt). I called AA.COM tech support and they know there is a problem (which they may fix). How wide spread is this issue?
I can't print receipts of my ticketed itineraries - just tried.
Perhaps this is a more widespread glitch?
Have you attempted to print a receipt from the AA Refunds page?
