What was your issue? Or maybe more importantly what is your status?

Mine has to do with Star Alliance issues (AC rerouted me, printed a boarding pass that didn't work when I transferred in Tokyo causing hotel expenses etc...) so I wonder if there is more investigation needed vs a relatively simple issue....and currently no AC status
