I've managed to change the dates at two different Accor hotels (Pullman St Pancras and Sofitel Sentosa) booked on separate occasions at no change no refund rates. In the case of Sentosa, I had to pay a higher going rate at the new date (it was actually a higher category of room as the entry level room was sold out).
