It doesn't surprise me that they can't tell who qualifies just by looking. An expensive suit doesn't guarantee SE status.

Was it right for the agent to assume or insist that the Cow was not a SE and using his dad's account?
If, as you said, "AC employees are trying to preserve priority resources for those who qualify...", then why do they make such comments or ask such questions?
I also made the point that they chose to behave that way when there were other ways the information they were looking for could have been provided.
This may be FWP to you, but it lack professionalism to me.
