I am trying to purchase a ticket on AA.com

The total fare is $450 for 2 pax. After I enter my wife and I's information, it says the fare is $550. Thats all fine, but after I click continue, it goes back to $450. If I click continue, it goes back to $550. This goes on forever.

I called AA Customer Service and the fare they show is much more expensive.

Has this happened to anyone else before and if so, whats the best way to get this resolved or have it move past this "loop"?
