Pool is indeed opened 24 hours. While the pool is chlorinated, it was very decent. One of the lowest concentrations I ever experienced.
Glad to hear that -- was there early April and I do hear this is much better now. The spa looked nice, I liked the direct access to the garden, sadly only Guerlain on offer. But spa reception, just like everyone else, was very engaging and receptive to feedback. Very nice team there. A stark contrast to the Conservatorium, where the spa receptionist felt bothered by my booking requests (or anything that would have made her look up from her smartphone) - also the build quality at WA is much higher. While the Conservatorium spa looks nice in pictures, some parts made me chuckle. Illuminating cheap PVC all around in different colors doesn't make it look better.
