I fly out of CLT every week. I was a CP every year on US before I left for DL. Had a personal relationship with all of the senior management at US and lived through the merger. Even received an enema kit from one of them not long before I left...lol. Once DoUgIe and the kids were firmly in charge I left.

Been with DL ever since and I have never looked back. I will walk before I go back to the new Awful Airline from Texas.

If you get to know the station staff in CLT you will find that the are among the best in the system and will move heaven and earth to get you where you are going. They have tracked me through the system on flights before to make sure I got where I was going when things went upside down in CLT. They have given me their personal cell phone numbers to call if I ever need anything. I have never needed to use them.....
