I contacted Air Canada for dimensions or a photo of the bathroom in business class, but all they told me was that the door is an 18" bi-fold.
I have been on flights with football lineman(maybe 6'7", 340+) and they used the J washroom on a 330. Plus, there should be a handicap washroom on the plane also. I koow the 777 has a handicap washroom which is extra large.
