pre-paid room booked in error
booked a pre-paid room in error last night - clicked the wrong rate type when i meant to book a pay-at-hotel rate.
i got in touch with accor this morning as soon as i realised mistake. reservations desk useless.
any ideas how I can change this or upgrade it to a cancellable room?
genuine mistake, only booked 10 hours ago!
(edit - I am leclub plat if that changes anything?)
