***The problem here is that, as HH diamond members, we're used to the brand standard of being handed two bottles, maybe a gift bag with them upon check in at other Hilton properties. The water *was* great - and had it been explained to us up front, I wouldn't have necessarily missed it. But it felt like the staff just overlooked it. Chalk it up to cultural difference.

The second day, I did want some bottles, however, I could take with me when walking around town. When I requested them, the front desk didn't seem like it was squared away on how to make that happen.

Not a big deal, but this new property just needs to make sure the staff training and customer expectations mesh.
