Yep, the Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill. wasn't trying to jab at Jersey - I actually love NJ more than Pennsylvania and/or Philadelphia, but I've had multiple absolutely awful experiences with this Crowne Plaza - I have multiple sagas of the awfulness of my stays here; my last stay was two weeks ago and the manager <i>still</i> hasn't called me back and I've contacted IHG itself at this point so....the saga continues. Hopefully literally any other IHG hotel on the planet is better than this one.
