Expiration of Avios is not tied to your card expiration.

As your last listed transaction is September 11 2016, the Avios would expire September 11 2019 (36 months after last transaction).

The card expiration is based on your status (Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc) and is set to the end of the month of the month following your earning year. I.e. if you were Silver, had a silver card, your status expires January 8th 2017, your card is good until February 28 2017. As you are blue, there is nothing to really expire in regards to the card expiration.
