I charge my uber rides to DBS cards and have never got hit with cross border fee. In my experience i have seen the fee being charged on Citibank cards.

You can use Fevo card for Uber but not for Grab. But after recent pricing changes I think I will use Uber only for rides to/from Changi at night. Please note that all Uber rides generate cross-border fee.
