We just finished a 7 nights stay at grand hyatt hong kong. Stayed in grand suite at 18 floors.

Though the view is not stunning due to the construction, the service and remodeled room are fabulous. I do receive free laundary service up to 3 pieces daily as a diamond member stayed in a suite. Grand cafe is amazing!It has huge selections and the food is so yummy. We fully took advantage of the cell phone for free data and discounted tickets(disney,airport express and ngong ping 360). Our kids enjoyed the pool and playground (it is very big considering in hong kong).

Agreed as previous discussion, the location of the hotel is not perfect. It takes 10-15 mins walking to the wanchai station and 10 mins to the central star ferry pier. We took the taxi most of the time because we traveled with two young toddlers. Overall, we love grand hyatt hong kong. But we think next time we will try Hyatt Regency at TST. It seems more convenient and is closer to great restaurants which is more important for us as foodie.
