Mask. Behind the Sheraton in Kowloon. It is my go to place on every visit.
Loved it the first time I went then after the second visit where they mixed up our orders and things didn't come out at the right time and the chicken and beef was not tender we gave up on Mask.
Walk up behind the Mariner's Club (I think it was called that) near Mask and there are tons of Restaurants.
We would just come out at a Station and look around or just head out and find places. We were happy to try anything.
