As you can see above, i transferred points from Amex MR in Apr 15 and again on Sept 16, still my card expiry says Feb 2017!! How can i get this fixed? Please help!

What is the best way to get my card expiry extended? I hope i don't have to call Avios club, that's a nightmare phone call and i may have to wait many hours...FYI,,,I am in the US.
