I was on a A320 twice last week and trying to use my MacBook to view movies. I was able to view the preview/sponsored by Mileage Plus Explorer video fine, but to play any of the content, I was prompted to download the DRM, which I did. Then it said I needed to update my Flash, which I did. But then when I quit Safari and relaunched the movie, it said I needed to download these things again. When I tried, I was unable to download Flash because it said I had a more current version. Of course, a frustrating process and killed about 20 minutes of time. Looking for advice from some of the experts here. Thank you!
