The Hilton CDG is a short walk from the CDGVal shuttle station, you can head over and check in on arrival, drop off your carry-ons, then walk back to the station and catch the RER to Paris.

Basically, once you arrive, make your way to the CDGVal shuttle train. Get on the shuttle and get off at Roissypole/Terminal 3. The shuttle is free. Then you follow the signs outside to the Hilton. It is perhaps a 6-8 minute walk, if I remember correctly.

Then just walk back to Roissypole and pick up the RER to Paris.
