Well, my annual fee posted. I called in, and the guy didn't even look at my account. He said they don't offer anything for the Platinum card, but said he would go over other cards if I wanted to downgrade to something with a lower annual fee.
What number do people call for this? Are there magic words to say to get to a retention offer?
