So I just got a huge job offer to move to Budapest and accepted it, I currently live in Belo Horizonte, Brazil(CNF), and my flight habits are about to undergo a huge change, I'll probably try to fly back home a couple times a year.
1. What is most important to you in a frequent flyer program (FFP)?
upgrades, priority services, baggage allowance, good award redemption rates, better award access, lounge access, etc.
Good award redemption rates, better award access, upgrades as distant third
2. How many miles do you usually fly each year? How many flights/sectors?
less than 25000 miles, 50000+ miles and 20-25 flights, etc.
Just a guess, because I'll be flying more each year, but as CNF-BUD could net about 14k RT I could probably fly between 30-50k each year
3. What fare class do you usually buy?
first, business, premium economy, economy
Economy
4. Are you able to choose your airlines and/or class of service? Do you travel for work and/or pleasure?
The company will probably choose my relocation flight so at first no, but after that I will be the one choosing my flights, travel is kinda work related(expat returning home)
5. Which routes do you fly most often?
transatlantic, domestic USA, intra-Asia, etc.
Transatlantic
6. What is your home airport?
Today its CNF, it will be BUD by the end of the year
7. Do you have status in any FFP? What is it? How miles do you have banked in each FFP, if any?
No status, but I have earned some 90k on G3 Smiles, about 20k on AD Tudo Azul and some 20k on Latam
8. What are your preferred airlines, if any?
For Brazil its AD but they have few routes, for Europe I like KL and TK, hated AZ as that was my worst economy flight ever.
