I noticed that on Air Canada, flights to Germany always have a German-speaking crew member. This makes them competitive with Lufthansa for those customers who want service in German. The US airlines flying to Quebec will have Air Canada as a competitor so that those who want service in French will find there way to Air Canada. However, once they arrive in the US, it's English, just the same as Jesus spoke it.
