Get the reservation code you received (the one with 6 digits) and click Web Check-in on Azul brazilian website and see if it shows your itinerary (that's a way to confirm it without call their support).
If you can't see it, the only way to confirm will be calling them and asking for the correct 6 digits reservation number. This happened to me once after I bought an Azul ticket through Priceline.
