I've been part of FL since its reintroduction a couple of years ago.

It had a confused start, with a lot of the questions posed being those that one could find on the BA website!

They have, however, improved the site and the posts now tend to be of a more detailed level.

I've been to a few of the 'Interviews' too, which were quite interesting, and a lot of what was discussed has actually now happened on-board.

It would be remiss of my to explain what those 'enhancements' have been, but some have been genuine improvements.
