Yep, that's what I opted doing to. It then ended up that SJC-POA and IGU-SJC open jaw was cheaper than SJC-POA round trip. So I needed only needed to book one way POA-IGU.

I have booking on POA-IGU flight booked via United's website. Have a ticket number and wanted to contact them to confirm that they have it in their system. Well, there is no email address and web form 'contact us' say - unable to contact server...
