1. Verify the flight is indeed gone from the schedule by doing a dummy booking for the same date.
2. Find an alternative route ORD-ZRH on AA (preferably) or other oneworld airlines.
3. Call AA and ask to be re-accommodated on the alternate itinerary. If you were already confirmed in J with an SWU, AA should preserve your upgraded class of service if rebooking on another AA or JV (AY, BA, IB, JL) flight.
