This is a economy ticket upgraded to business confirmed via SWU. Both ways.

I called AA Exp Line and they said the JFK-ZRH has been discontinued on Sundays. The person on the phone didn't know what to do so he put me on hold for 45 minutes until I gave up.

Any suggestions on what I can do?
Call back reservations and get re accommodated.
