Given that there's a 319 heading to SAL tomorrow, which hasn't seen 319 mods in quite some time, you might be on to something. They're going to have to hammer down to get through 24 aircraft in 4 months. At approx 1 month mod per aircraft, that'd mean 6 per month.
The in-flight mag this month has a piece on refurbed A319s and they state a summer 2017 completion target for the 319 fleet.
