Here seems a good place to point out that the current night shift at Newcastle is being scaled down, which means that calls from the USA later in the day will now end up in India rather than Tyneside. No redundancies at the UK end, the shift patterns are being swapped around. I don't know where the early hours (UK time) GGL and YouFirst responses will be heading, but I'll update when I find out.
