I used DTAC and the employee was having a little bit of trouble activating my plan, but said he knew I was tired from flying and said don't worry I will get it activated and call you the minute it is going.

I said to myself sure, he will call, those promised calls never happen, lo and behold, as I was checking into my hotel room my second mobile handset rang and it was the DTAC employee saying that he had fixed the issue and he had added credit for my troubles. I was so surprised and shocked in a good way that an employee kept his word and even compensated me without asking (not that I was going to ask anyway as it was not that big of an issue).
