while not enough to do 100k miles as you wanted due to 2000sgd limit per month, but i believe DBS WWMC awards 4miles/dollar for all online transactions, even paypal, regardless of MCC. I'm not sure about the other cards as i do not own non-DBS cards. perhaps the HSBC advance might be possible too, without 2000sgd/mth limit.
