I can tell you about the service on UA44 HNL-DEN in F. It was a 777 2-class the night I flew and was designated "SS" instead of "DS" like UA2 HNL-ORD. It's only listed as 10 minutes shorter, though (6:40 vs. 6:50) but it doesn't leave until 10:30 p.m. so no dinner.
After takeoff we had a full drink service (Mai Tais were avilable

), followed by a snack which was a nice fruit/cheese/vegetable plate (melon, pineapple, grapes, cheddar, swiss, brie, carrots, celery), with warm rolls/butter and a warm chocolate-chip cookie. A surprising number of passengers stayed awake. Well maybe not so surprising given the abysmal seat pitch and recline on the 2-class 777 in F, but that's another story.
The breakfast snack was another fruit plate with pineapple, orange slices, kiwi and strawberry and bear claw/butter or bagels/cream cheese. Guava juice was available plus the usual orange/grapefruit/tomato.
The crew was Denver-based. We arrived early and the flight was less than 6 hours in duration. Avoiding the 5 a.m. LAX/SFO zombie walk was priceless!
