Can anyone recommend a really good French or Californian nouvelle cuisine type restaurant in Manhattan for this weekend. Given that it would be impossible to get a reservation a such a place at short notice, it should have a bar where they also serve the full menu. I'm in the mood for small portions of the most amazing caliber..
