Yes, I guess many people see all the articles about how the CSR is the best (100K points --> 1500$, lounges, travel benefit, 3X on dining and travel. And all that "only" for 450$). And believe that it is free money. They don't think that spending 4000$ in 3 months would cause them to carry balance and pay 20% interest.
