I was able to book a 4th night free with Citi Prestige. I then called Fairmont and they were able to apply the 3rd night free and the suite upgrade.

This of course changes the total amount that Prestige had quoted me. This is the first time I am using the Prestige benefit. I've heard there is a 'reconciliation team'.. wonder if they verify these amounts.

The stay is in February 2016 but I'll report back on how it works out. If anyone has tips/recommendations, I'm all ears.
