Here's where I'd have breakfast near Victoria station - Pimlico Fresh. A top notch breakfast IMHO. It's five minutes walk from the station (on the same side of the station as several hotels - Park Plaza, Doubletree, and Premier Inn).

But ... Is the wedding near Victoria? Depending on location, it might make sense to take another route into London (e.g. Thameslink train) and stay somewhere else.
