I'm using the online transfer system for Citibank, and my name is pre-filled and I cannot change the name in any way.
Will my points still be able to be transferred from Citibank to Asiamiles?
Not exactly the same, but my Citibank card has me as "Smith John" and my MPC is "John Smith" and it's worked absolutely fine for me (though I'm not sure if that is because Citi has my names the wrong way round or simply because they show surname first for all hk-issued cards).
