Certain things must be done by cash at 7-eleven: topping up Octopus cards, paying bills and buying prepaid SIM card top-up.
I bought a prepaid SIM at 7-11 using Visa Paywave last month. I only bought that item in that transaction.
Maybe I was just lucky...
